Privacy policy & Terms & Risk
Here you will find our legal documents.
Privacy policy
1. Controller
The controller responsible for processing personal data on this platform is the operator of the platform ("we", "us"). Data protection enquiries can be raised through the support channels provided within the platform.
2. Where your data is stored
The platform's primary database is hosted on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Falkenstein, Germany. Daily backups are stored using the same provider's object storage in Nuremberg, Germany.
Certain third-party services used to operate the platform may process personal data in other countries, including countries outside the European Economic Area. The relevant services and, where applicable, the safeguards used for international transfers are described in section 5.
3. What data we process
Your account
Name, email address, chosen language, country and – if provided – phone number. Your password is never stored in plain text, only as a cryptographic hash (Argon2id).
Purpose: providing your access to the academy.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
Data from your broker account
Access to the platform is linked to a qualifying trading account with our partner broker, TradeQuo. To verify and maintain eligibility for access, we regularly receive certain information through the broker integration/API, including your client number, first and last name, country, email address, account balance, trading volume and deposit and withdrawal totals.
Source of broker data:
The information described above is provided to us by TradeQuo in connection with the trading account
associated with your platform account.
Purpose: verifying and maintaining eligibility for access to the platform.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
Daily account balance for your trading journal
Once a day we record your account balance and the total of your deposits and withdrawals. The broker only supplies the current value and overwrites it on every sync; without this record we could not show you a history in the trading journal, only a back-calculation that becomes inaccurate with every deposit.
We store only what the chart needs: date, balance and net deposit. We do not record individual payments, recipients or payment methods.
Purpose: showing the history of your account in the trading journal.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
Retention: until your account is deleted.
Sign-ins
The time of your sign-in and the IP address used. Failed attempts are counted in order to slow down automated attacks.
Purpose: security of your account, prevention of abuse.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
Your learning progress
Which lessons you have completed and which answers you gave in the knowledge checks.
Purpose: showing your progress, unlocking follow-up courses.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
Telegram verification and community access
If you choose to access our Telegram community or Trading Ideas service, our Telegram bot processes information necessary to verify your eligibility and manage your membership. This may include your Telegram user ID, Telegram username and display name where available, the email address you submit to the bot, your verification status and information about your membership status. The email address provided to the bot is used to match your Telegram account with your platform account. Our systems then verify through the partner broker's API whether the applicable access requirements are met.
Purpose: verifying eligibility for Telegram services, preventing unauthorized access and managing community membership.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the contract) and, for fraud and abuse prevention, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).
Live session recordings
Live sessions may be recorded for educational, archival and replay purposes. Participants do not contribute audio or video. If you choose to submit messages through the live-session chat, your message and associated display name may be visible during the session and may be included in a recording.
Purpose: providing live-session replays and educational content.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the contract) for
providing the live-session and replay functionality.
4. Cookies and browser storage
We use no cookies for advertising or analytics. There is no audience measurement, no tracking and no embedded content from advertising networks.
The following is stored:
- Session cookie – keeps you signed in. Deleted when you sign out.
- CSRF cookie – protects forms against forgery.
- One entry in local storage – remembers whether you collapsed the sidebar.
All three are strictly necessary for operation (Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG). No consent is required for them – which is why we do not ask for one.
5. Services we use
Where a service provider processes personal data on our behalf as a processor, we have concluded the required data-processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Gunzenhausen, Germany) – servers and backups.
- BunnyWay d.o.o. (Ljubljana, Slovenia) – delivery of the lesson videos. When you play a video, your IP address is transmitted to this network so the video can be delivered. Videos are protected by expiring access tokens and are not publicly available.
- Zoom Communications, Inc. – running the live sessions. Participation is voluntary; processing follows Zoom's own terms.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) (USA) – sending transactional emails such as verification codes and notices concerning your access. We transmit your email address, your name where applicable, and the content of the relevant email.
- Our partner broker (TradeQuo) – provides the trading-account information required to verify and maintain eligibility for access to the platform.
- Telegram Messenger Inc. – community and Trading Ideas delivery. Participation through Telegram is optional and requires a Telegram account. When you interact with our Telegram bot or join a Telegram group, Telegram processes information in accordance with its own privacy policy. Our bot receives only the information made available through Telegram and information that you voluntarily provide to the bot.
International transfers:
Where personal data is transferred to service providers outside the EEA, we use the applicable
safeguards required under Chapter V GDPR. Resend and Zoom participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy
Framework. Where applicable, their contractual data-protection terms also provide for the European
Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
The platform's primary database and backups containing account, learning-progress and mirrored
broker data are hosted in Germany.
6. How long we store data
- Account data and learning progress: retained for as long as your account exists. When your account is deleted, associated personal data is deleted or anonymised unless continued retention is required by applicable law or is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
- Broker mirror: continuously updated and deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required for your account or eligibility, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
- Telegram verification data: retained for as long as necessary to manage your linked Telegram/community access and deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
- Sign-in records: the time and IP address of your last sign-in are retained with your account. Server log files are deleted automatically after 14 days.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
- Access (Art. 15) – you may request information about the personal data we hold about you. Certain account data can also be downloaded directly from your account.
- Rectification (Art. 16) – have incorrect data corrected.
- Erasure (Art. 17) – you may request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable statutory exceptions and retention obligations.
- Restriction (Art. 18) and objection (Art. 21).
- Data portability (Art. 20) – the export named above is provided in a machine-readable format.
Please note: deleting your portal account affects this platform only. Your trading account with the broker is not affected – please contact them directly for that.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
9. Automated eligibility checks
We use automated checks to determine whether the access requirements for the platform are met. For this purpose, data received from our partner broker is compared with the applicable access criteria, including the existence and status of the relevant trading account and the applicable eligibility requirements.
Where the requirements are met, platform or community access may be granted or continued automatically.
A failed automated check does not by itself result in a final adverse decision concerning your access. Where access requirements appear not to be met, the result can be reviewed by a person before a final denial or termination of access is made. You may contact us at any time to request a review, correct inaccurate information or explain circumstances relevant to the decision.

Terms & Conditions
1. Provider and scope
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of this platform, including its academy, live sessions, market scanner, Trading Ideas, Telegram community and related services (together, the "Platform").
The Platform is operated by the operator of this website ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account, activating access or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, you must not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Platform only if you:
- are at least 18 years old;
- have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- provide accurate and current information when registering and verifying your account;
- meet the applicable Platform access requirements;
- are legally permitted to use the Platform and the relevant third-party services in your jurisdiction; and
- are not prohibited from opening or maintaining the relevant broker account under applicable law or the broker's terms.
Access may not be available in every country. Availability of the Platform does not mean that any broker, financial product or service is lawfully available to you in your country.
3. Nature of the Platform
The Platform is an educational and market-information service. Depending on the features available at a particular time, the Platform may include:
- educational courses and videos;
- live educational and market-analysis sessions;
- market scanners and analytical tools;
- general market commentary and Trading Ideas;
- access to private Telegram communities;
- knowledge checks and learning-progress tools; and
- other educational, analytical or community features.
Features may be introduced, changed, replaced or removed in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
4. Access requirements
Access to the Platform is currently provided without a separate subscription fee. Instead, access is linked to a qualifying trading account with our partner broker, TradeQuo.
At the date of these Terms, the standard access requirements are:
- a qualifying TradeQuo trading account associated with your Platform account;
- a minimum qualifying deposit of USD 150; and
- at least 0.50 standard lots of qualifying trading volume during each applicable monthly eligibility period.
Eligibility is determined using information received through the broker integration/API. The relevant deposit, trading volume and account-status information recorded by TradeQuo is used for this purpose.
If there is a discrepancy or you believe an eligibility decision is incorrect, you may contact us and request a review.
Access requirements may be changed where reasonably necessary for commercial, technical, broker-related, legal or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be communicated in advance where required by applicable law.
You should never enter into, increase, maintain or repeat a trade solely because doing so is necessary to retain Platform access. You remain responsible for deciding whether any transaction is appropriate for you. If you do not wish to meet an applicable trading-volume requirement, you may allow your Platform access to expire or cease.
5. Introducing Broker relationship and remuneration
We operate in connection with an Introducing Broker ("IB") relationship with TradeQuo.
The Provider and/or persons participating in its Introducing Broker network may receive remuneration from TradeQuo in connection with users introduced to the broker. This remuneration may include commissions, spread-based remuneration, volume-based rebates and remuneration associated with the activity of referred clients or sub-IB relationships.
As a result, the Provider and associated Introducing Brokers may receive greater remuneration when referred users generate greater trading volume.
This creates a potential conflict of interest. You should take this conflict into account when evaluating educational content, market commentary, Trading Ideas, Platform features or other information made available through the Platform.
The existence of this remuneration does not change your responsibility to make your own trading decisions and to trade only where you independently consider doing so appropriate.
6. Relationship with TradeQuo
TradeQuo is a separate third-party broker. Your trading account and any brokerage relationship are governed by the agreement, legal documents, risk disclosures and policies provided to you by the relevant TradeQuo entity.
We do not:
- hold or safeguard your trading funds;
- process deposits or withdrawals on your behalf;
- act as the counterparty to your trades;
- control the execution price of your trades;
- guarantee withdrawals, execution quality, spreads or broker availability;
- operate your trading account on your behalf; or
- have authority to make trading decisions for you.
Any funds deposited with TradeQuo are deposited with the relevant broker entity and are not payments to us.
Trading through TradeQuo may involve spreads, commissions, swaps, financing charges or other broker costs. These are governed by the broker's own terms and are separate from the Platform.
Questions concerning broker accounts, deposits, withdrawals, trade execution or the broker's services must be addressed to TradeQuo where they relate to matters controlled by the broker.
7. Financial information and educational content
The Platform is not intended to provide individualized investment advice, personalized financial advice, portfolio management or discretionary account management.
We do not assess your personal financial situation, investment objectives, experience, knowledge, financial capacity or individual risk tolerance before displaying general educational content, market information, scanner results or Trading Ideas.
Information provided through the Platform is therefore not tailored to your personal circumstances.
Trading Ideas, market commentary and other financial information provided through the Platform should be read together with our Financial & Educational Disclaimer and Trading Risk Warning.
A statement that content is educational does not mean that trading based on that information is risk-free.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether to open, close, modify or maintain any transaction.
8. Trading Ideas
Trading Ideas may include observations, market scenarios, directional views, potential entry areas, instruments, buy or sell indications, stop-loss levels, take-profit levels, technical levels or other market-related information.
Trading Ideas:
- are not personalized for you;
- do not take account of your individual financial circumstances;
- may become outdated rapidly as market conditions change;
- may be delayed because of technical, internet, Telegram or other transmission issues;
- may contain errors or be based on incomplete information; and
- do not guarantee that a particular result, price or execution will be achieved.
You must independently assess any Trading Idea before deciding whether to act upon it.
9. Market scanner and analytical tools
The market scanner and other analytical tools are provided for informational and educational purposes.
Scanner results may be generated automatically using market data, technical criteria, algorithms or third-party data sources. Automated results can be incomplete, delayed, unavailable or incorrect.
A scanner alert or output is not a guarantee that a trading opportunity exists or that any transaction will be profitable.
You should not rely on the scanner as the sole basis for a trading decision.
10. User accounts and security
Your Platform account is personal to you.
You must:
- keep your login credentials confidential;
- not share, sell, transfer or lend your account to another person;
- provide accurate information;
- notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization; and
- not attempt to bypass access, eligibility or security controls.
You are responsible for activities performed through your account where those activities result from your failure to take reasonable measures to protect your credentials.
11. Telegram community and verification bot
Certain Platform services, including Trading Ideas or community features, may be delivered through Telegram.
Access may require interaction with our Telegram verification bot. The bot may verify your email address and eligibility status before granting access to a private Telegram group or channel.
You must not share private invitation links or otherwise help unauthorized persons gain access to restricted Telegram communities.
Telegram is an independent third-party service. Use of Telegram is also subject to Telegram's own terms, privacy policies and technical availability.
If your eligibility for the Platform ends, access to associated private Telegram groups or channels may also end.
12. Live sessions
Live sessions are provided for educational, analytical and community purposes. Statements made during a live session are not personalized merely because a presenter responds to a question from a participant.
You remain responsible for assessing whether any information discussed during a session is relevant or appropriate for you.
You may not record, reproduce, redistribute, stream, sell or publish a live session without prior written permission from the Provider.
Live sessions may be recorded by the Provider for educational, archival, quality-control and replay purposes, including making recordings available to eligible members of the Platform.
Live sessions are generally delivered as one-directional streams. Participants do not contribute audio or video. Where chat functionality is available, messages submitted by participants may be visible during the session and may therefore appear in a recording.
By submitting a message through the live-session chat, participants acknowledge that the message and associated display name may be visible to other participants and may be included in a session recording.
Recordings may be stored and made available as part of the Platform's educational content.
13. Acceptable use
You must not use the Platform to:
- violate applicable law;
- gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, APIs, communities or systems;
- circumvent Platform access requirements;
- scrape, crawl or systematically extract Platform data without permission;
- reverse-engineer or attempt to reproduce proprietary Platform functionality except where such restriction is prohibited by mandatory law;
- redistribute or commercially exploit academy content, scanner information or Trading Ideas without permission;
- share account credentials or private Telegram access;
- upload malicious code or interfere with Platform operation;
- impersonate another person; or
- use the Platform in a fraudulent or abusive manner.
14. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Platform, academy materials, videos, graphics, written materials, course structures, scanner interfaces, proprietary tools, Trading Idea presentation formats and other original content are protected by intellectual-property rights.
Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access the Platform for your own private use while you remain eligible.
This right does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, publicly display, commercially exploit or create unauthorized copies of protected Platform content.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual-property rights to you.
15. Availability and technical operation
We aim to make the Platform available reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
Access may temporarily be unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, security incidents, third-party service failures, market-data issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may perform maintenance and technical updates where reasonably necessary.
16. Changes to the Platform
We may update, improve, replace or discontinue individual Platform features where reasonably necessary for technical, security, legal, regulatory, broker-related or legitimate product-development reasons.
Any changes will be made subject to mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable law requires advance information, consent or another procedure for a material change, we will follow those requirements.
17. Suspension and termination of access
Platform access may be restricted, suspended or terminated where:
- the applicable access requirements are no longer met;
- your qualifying broker account is no longer active or eligible;
- you materially breach these Terms;
- you share or misuse your account or restricted content;
- fraud, abuse or unauthorized access is reasonably suspected;
- continued access would create a security risk;
- a third-party service necessary for access is no longer available; or
- suspension or termination is reasonably required for legal or regulatory reasons.
Temporary automated restrictions may occur where broker eligibility data indicates that applicable requirements are not met.
You may contact us to request a human review of an eligibility decision, correct inaccurate information or provide information relevant to the decision.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. Deleting or ceasing to use your Platform account does not automatically close your TradeQuo trading account.
18. Third-party services
The Platform relies on or connects with third-party services, which may include TradeQuo, Telegram, Zoom, video-delivery infrastructure, email providers and market-data or charting services.
Those services are operated independently and may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, restrictions and availability.
We do not control third-party systems and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability or performance.
19. Trading risks and no guarantee of results
Trading financial instruments, particularly leveraged products such as CFDs, involves a high level of risk and can result in substantial losses.
No content, tool, Trading Idea, live session, academy lesson, scanner result, example, historical result or other Platform material guarantees profits or protection against losses.
Past performance is not a guarantee or reliable indication of future performance.
Hypothetical, simulated or backtested results have inherent limitations and may differ materially from actual trading results.
Actual execution may differ from examples or Trading Ideas because of factors including market movement, volatility, spreads, liquidity, slippage, gaps, latency and broker execution.
The separate Trading Risk Warning and Financial & Educational Disclaimer published on the Platform form part of the information that should be read before using financial-content features.
20. No guarantee of Platform outcomes
We do not guarantee that:
- you will become profitable or successful in trading;
- you will generate any particular income or return;
- Trading Ideas will be profitable;
- scanner alerts will identify profitable opportunities;
- educational content will produce a particular result;
- the Platform will always be available without interruption; or
- third-party information or services will always be accurate or available.
21. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
The Provider has unlimited liability:
- for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence;
- for injury to life, body or health caused intentionally or negligently;
- where liability arises from a guarantee expressly given by the Provider;
- under applicable product-liability law; and
- in any other case where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
In cases of ordinary negligence, the Provider is liable only where an essential contractual obligation has been breached. In such cases, liability is limited to the damage that was reasonably foreseeable and typical for this type of contract, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Subject to the preceding paragraphs, the Provider is not responsible for trading losses, loss of profit or other financial losses resulting from trading decisions independently made by you, including decisions made after viewing or using Trading Ideas, market commentary, live sessions, educational content, scanner results or other Platform information. The Provider is also not responsible for losses resulting from market movements, slippage, spreads, broker execution, third-party outages or other circumstances outside the Provider's reasonable control.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights available to consumers.
22. Consumer rights
If you use the Platform as a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rights applicable to you remain unaffected by these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive a statutory right that cannot legally be waived.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation or other mandatory information requirement applies to the Platform relationship, the relevant statutory provisions remain applicable.
Deposits made to a TradeQuo trading account are not payments made to us. Questions concerning withdrawal of broker funds are governed by your separate relationship with TradeQuo.
23. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms where reasonably necessary because of changes to the Platform, applicable law, regulation, security requirements, third-party services or the business model.
Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner and with reasonable advance notice where required by law.
Where applicable law requires your consent to a change, the change will not become binding on you merely because you continued using the Platform unless the legal requirements for such consent have been met.
24. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer-protection provisions that apply under the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to bring proceedings exclusively at the operator's seat where mandatory law provides otherwise.
25. Severability
If an individual provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected to the extent permitted by law.
Any invalid provision will be replaced or interpreted in accordance with the applicable statutory rules rather than by a provision that unlawfully disadvantages the user.
26. Contact
Questions concerning these Terms or your Platform access can be raised through the support channels provided within the Platform.

Disclaimer & Risk Warning
1. Financial & Educational Disclaimer
The information, education, tools and services provided through the Platform are intended primarily for educational, informational and general market-analysis purposes.
We do not provide individualized or personalized investment advice, portfolio management, discretionary account management, tax advice, legal advice or accounting advice.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, no content provided through the Platform is tailored to your individual financial circumstances, investment objectives, trading experience, knowledge, financial capacity or personal risk tolerance.
You are responsible for evaluating information independently and for deciding whether any transaction or trading activity is appropriate for you.
2. Educational content
Academy lessons, videos, live sessions, explanations, examples, market commentary and other educational materials are designed to help users understand trading concepts, financial markets, market analysis, trading tools and related subjects.
Educational examples may refer to real financial instruments, historical market situations, possible future scenarios or hypothetical trades.
The fact that content is presented for educational purposes does not mean that acting upon that content is appropriate for you or free from risk.
Educational content should not be regarded as a substitute for your own analysis, judgment or, where appropriate, advice from an appropriately licensed professional.
3. Trading Ideas and market commentary
We may provide Trading Ideas, market commentary and other market-related information through the Platform, Telegram, live sessions or other available channels.
Such content may include:
- identification of a financial instrument or market;
- directional views such as bullish, bearish, buy or sell scenarios;
- potential entry areas or price levels;
- stop-loss or risk-management levels;
- take-profit or target levels;
- technical-analysis levels;
- market scenarios and possible outcomes; and
- general commentary concerning expected market movements.
Trading Ideas are not personalized to you and do not take account of your individual financial situation or circumstances.
4. No personalized investment advice
We do not assess whether a specific investment, instrument, trade or strategy is personally suitable or appropriate for you before making general Platform content available.
A presenter responding to a general question during a live session, Telegram discussion or community interaction does not by itself create a personalized advisory relationship.
Users should not provide or rely upon Platform contributors to evaluate their complete personal financial circumstances unless a separate service expressly providing such advice is lawfully offered and agreed in writing.
Nothing on the Platform creates a portfolio-management, discretionary trading or fiduciary relationship merely because you access or use the Platform.
5. Introducing Broker relationship and conflict of interest
We operate in connection with an Introducing Broker ("IB") relationship involving TradeQuo.
The Provider and/or associated Introducing Brokers or sub-IBs may receive remuneration from TradeQuo in connection with the trading activity of users introduced through the relevant broker relationship.
Such remuneration may include volume-based rebates, commissions or other remuneration linked directly or indirectly to referred clients' trading activity.
This means that we and/or associated persons may have a financial interest in users trading and may receive greater remuneration when referred users generate greater trading volume.
This represents a potential conflict of interest. You should consider this conflict when evaluating any Trading Idea, market commentary, educational content, scanner result, broker-related information or other Platform communication.
You should never enter into, increase, repeat or maintain a transaction merely to generate commissions, rebates or other remuneration for the Provider or any Introducing Broker.
You should also not enter into a transaction solely for the purpose of satisfying or maintaining a Platform trading-volume requirement. Every trading decision should be made independently and based upon your own assessment of the risks involved.
6. Personal interests of contributors
Persons producing educational content, market analysis or Trading Ideas may themselves trade, invest in or otherwise have an economic interest in financial instruments or markets discussed through the Platform.
Where applicable law requires disclosure of a particular interest, conflict or position in connection with a specific investment recommendation or communication, the relevant disclosure may be provided together with that content.
Users should independently evaluate all content regardless of whether the author or contributor holds a position in the relevant market.
7. No guarantee of accuracy or completeness
We take reasonable care when preparing Platform content, but financial-market information can change rapidly and may become outdated shortly after publication.
Information may contain errors, omissions, delays or inaccuracies and may rely upon third-party market data, charting services, broker information, algorithms or other external sources.
We do not guarantee that any information, Trading Idea, scanner result, price, technical level, market commentary or educational material is complete, current or free from error.
8. User responsibility
You retain full responsibility for your trading account and for every trading decision you make.
You decide independently whether to:
- open a trade;
- close a trade;
- change a position;
- change a stop-loss or take-profit level;
- change position size or leverage;
- follow or disregard a Trading Idea;
- use information produced by the scanner; or
- continue trading at all.
You should not trade money that you cannot afford to lose.
9. Trading Risk Warning
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your trading capital.
Leveraged financial products, including Contracts for Difference ("CFDs"), are complex instruments and carry a particularly high risk of rapid financial loss because leverage magnifies market movements.
Before trading, you should understand how the relevant product works and independently consider whether you have sufficient knowledge, experience and financial capacity to bear the associated risk.
You should carefully review the broker's own terms, product disclosures and risk warnings before opening or funding a trading account or entering into a transaction.
10. Leverage and margin risk
Leverage allows you to obtain market exposure greater than the margin committed to a position. As a result, relatively small market movements can produce disproportionately large gains or losses.
Adverse market movements can rapidly reduce available margin and may result in positions being automatically reduced or closed by the broker.
Margin requirements, leverage levels and close-out rules are determined by the relevant broker and may vary depending on the instrument, account, jurisdiction and market conditions.
11. Volatility, gaps and liquidity
Financial markets can move suddenly and significantly, particularly during economic announcements, geopolitical events, unexpected news, periods of low liquidity or extreme market conditions.
Prices can gap from one level to another without trading at intermediate prices.
During volatile or illiquid conditions, it may be difficult or impossible to enter or exit a position at the price you expect.
12. Execution and slippage risk
Prices shown in Platform examples, Trading Ideas, charts or live sessions may differ from prices available to you when you attempt to trade.
Actual execution may be affected by:
- market movement;
- slippage;
- spread changes;
- liquidity;
- latency;
- order size;
- broker execution;
- market gaps;
- internet connectivity; and
- other market or technical conditions.
A stop-loss order does not guarantee execution at the exact stop-loss price. During fast or gapping markets, execution may occur at a materially different price.
13. Trading Idea timing risk
Financial markets can move immediately after a Trading Idea is produced or published.
By the time you view a Trading Idea, the relevant price, risk-to-reward profile, market conditions or underlying reasoning may already have changed.
Telegram notifications, internet connections, technical systems and other communication channels can also experience delays.
You should therefore never assume that a Trading Idea remains valid merely because it is still visible in a channel, group or Platform interface.
14. Scanner and automated analysis risk
Market scanners and automated analytical tools are based upon programmed rules, market data, algorithms or other predetermined criteria.
Scanner outputs may produce false positives, false negatives, delayed signals, incomplete information or technically incorrect results.
Automated tools cannot predict future market behaviour and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for entering or managing a transaction.
15. Technical risk
Trading and Platform services depend upon technology and third-party systems.
Risks include:
- internet interruption;
- server outages;
- broker outages;
- delayed or incorrect market data;
- Telegram delays or outages;
- software errors;
- API failures;
- device failure;
- charting or scanner errors; and
- other technical failures outside our reasonable control.
You should maintain your own ability to access and manage your trading account independently of the Platform.
16. Past performance
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Historical profits, historical trades, performance statistics, examples, testimonials, account results or other previous outcomes should not be interpreted as a promise, forecast or guarantee that similar results will be achieved in the future.
Market conditions change and a strategy that performed successfully in one period may perform differently or produce losses in another.
17. Hypothetical, simulated and backtested results
Hypothetical, simulated and backtested trading results have important limitations.
Such results do not represent actual trading unless expressly stated otherwise and may fail to reflect factors that affect live execution, including liquidity, slippage, spreads, commissions, latency, psychology, discretionary decisions and changing market conditions.
No representation is made that an account will achieve results similar to hypothetical, simulated or backtested results.
18. No guarantee of profit or income
We do not guarantee:
- profits;
- a particular return;
- a particular win rate;
- a particular monthly income;
- financial independence;
- successful completion of any trading objective;
- that losses will be avoided; or
- that any strategy, Trading Idea or scanner result will remain profitable.
References to potential profits, income or historical results must not be interpreted as promises concerning your future results.
19. Broker risk
Trading accounts are provided and operated by the relevant broker, not by us.
Broker-related risks can include execution issues, pricing differences, spread changes, technical outages, withdrawal processing, counterparty risk, regulatory risk and other matters arising from the broker-client relationship.
We do not control the broker's execution systems, pricing, withdrawals, account administration or financial condition.
You are responsible for reviewing the broker's legal documents and independently deciding whether you are comfortable maintaining an account with that broker.
20. No responsibility for independent trading decisions
Subject always to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, we are not responsible merely because a user independently decides to enter into or manage a trade after viewing Platform content.
The existence of educational content, a Trading Idea, scanner result or market opinion does not transfer responsibility for your trading account or trading decisions to WiFi Money Club.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any responsibility or statutory obligation that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
